With the win, Roosevelt upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Roughriders travel to Grand View Christian (Des Moines, IA) to play the Thunder in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Thunder go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Grand View Christian won 89-57 in their recent non-league bout against Hudson (Hudson, IA)

Next up, the Polar Bears play the Marshalltown Bobcats (Marshalltown, IA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Des Moines North will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Bobcats go into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 48-34 non-league loss to Urbandale (Urbandale, IA).
