The Edisto Cougars (Cordova, SC) basketball knocked off the host Hunter-Kinard-Tyler Trojans (Neeses, SC), 45-37 in Friday's non-league test.
The Cougars (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Allendale-Fairfax (Fairfax, SC). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Allendale-Fairfax went down by Wade Hampton (Hampton, SC), 72-51, in a non-league test.
The Trojans now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Edisto for a non-league test on Friday, December 9. Hunter-Kinard-Tyler will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 34-32 non-league win over Allendale-Fairfax (Fairfax, SC). The Cougars record now stands at 2-1.
