Alabama High School Basketball - Mt. Pleasant Christian thwarted by Tabernacle

The Mt. Pleasant Christian Lions basketball team (Blountsville, AL), dropped 71-52 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Tabernacle Torches (Gardendale, AL)

The Torches now possess a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Glen Iris Baptist for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 3. Tabernacle will confront a Swordsmen team coming off a 59-50 non-league win over Cornerstone Christian (Rainsville, AL). The Swordsmen record now stands at 7-0.

The Lions (0-3) will now prepare for their battle against Grace Classical Christian Academy (Albertville, AL). The Highlanders enter the Alabama Christian - I North contest with a 1-1 record.
