Ohio High School Basketball - Steele knocked off by North Ridgeville

The North Ridgeville Rangers basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Steele Comets to 60 in the Rangers league triumph on Friday.

The Rangers now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Olmsted Falls for a Southwestern contest on Friday, December 9. North Ridgeville will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 63-51 non-league win over Westlake (Westlake, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-1.

The Comets (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Midview (Grafton, OH). The Middies enter the Southwestern contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Midview ran past Oberlin (Oberlin, OH), 59-57, in a non-league contest.
