The Higley Knights (Gilbert, AZ) football edged the host Desert Mountain Wolves (Scottsdale, AZ), 35-33 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Knights face the Cactus Cobras (Glendale, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 9. Higley will attempt to advance on its 11-2 season record. The Cobras enter the bout with a 10-3 record after their 21-17 non-league win over Notre Dame Prep (Scottsdale, AZ).
