Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Burlington Demons (Burlington, WI) and the visiting Waterford Wolverines (Waterford, WI), saw Burlington's basketball squad hold off Waterford by a tally of 42-40.

With the victory, Burlington improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Demons travel to Racine Park (Racine, WI) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 3. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Racine Park won 54-50 in their recent league challenge against Indian Trail (Kenosha, WI)

Next up, the Wolverines play the Delavan-Darien Comets (Delavan, WI) in a Southern Lakes challenge, on Monday, December 5. Waterford will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record.
