The Taconic Hills Titans basketball team scored 37 points and held the host Cairo-Durham Mustangs to 23 in the Titans league triumph on Friday.

The Titans now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hudson for a Section 2 Patroon contest on Wednesday, December 7. Taconic Hills will meet a Blue Hawks team coming off a 55-37 league loss to Greenville (Greenville, NY). The Blue Hawks record now stands at 0-1.

The Mustangs (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Germantown (Germantown, NY). The Clippers enter the Section 2 Patroon contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Germantown was outscored by Catskill (Catskill, NY), 71-8, in a league contest.
