In Friday's non-league outing, the Upper Lake Cougars (Upper Lake, CA) basketball squad edged the host Clear Lake Cardinals (Lakeport, CA), by a margin of 36-29.
The Cougars (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against Willits (Willits, CA). The Wolverines go into the non-league outing with a 1-2 record. In their last outing, Willits held off Maxwell (Maxwell, CA), 50-21, in a non-league outing.
The Cardinals now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Willits for a North Central I outing on Tuesday, December 13.
