The Farwell Eagles basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Pinconning Spartans to 12 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chippewa Hills for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 6. Farwell will battle a Warriors team coming off a 35-29 league loss to Newaygo (Newaygo, MI). The Warriors record now stands at 1-1.

The Spartans (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Bullock Creek (Midland, MI). The Lancers enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Bullock Creek was routed by Freeland (Freeland, MI), 39-21, in a non-league contest.
