Texas High School Basketball - Immanuel Christian nips Fort Hancock

Immanuel Christian Warriors (El Paso, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Fort Hancock Mustangs (Fort Hancock, TX), 40-36 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Immanuel Christian upgrades its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Warriors host Patterson Institute (El Paso, TX) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 0-1. Patterson Institute lost 54-21 in their recent non-league bout against Fort Hancock (Fort Hancock, TX)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Alpine Bucks (Alpine, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Fort Hancock will attempt to upgrade on its 7-1 season record. The Bucks come into the bout with a 3-3 record after their 41-31 non-league win over Van Horn (Van Horn, TX).
