Geneva Vikings (Geneva, IL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Glenbard North Panthers (Carol Stream, IL), 55-28 in a league bout.

With the win, Geneva upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Vikings travel to Barrington (Barrington, IL) to play the Fillies/Broncos in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 3. The Fillies/Broncos go into the bout with a record of 5-2. Barrington won 69-37 in their recent league bout against Conant (Hoffman Estates, IL)

Next up, the Panthers play the St. Charles East Fighting Saints (St. Charles, IL) in a DuKane bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Glenbard North will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Fighting Saints go into the bout with a 3-3 record after their 63-45 league loss to Lake Park (Roselle, IL).
