Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Marquette Mohawks (Bellevue, IA) and the visiting North Cedar Knights (Stanwood, IA), saw Marquette's basketball squad wallop North Cedar by a tally of 60-34.

With the victory, Marquette improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Mohawks travel to Hillcrest Academy (Kalona, IA) to play the Ravens in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 3. The Ravens come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Hillcrest Academy lost 51-24 in their recent league challenge against Highland (Riverside, IA)

Next up, the Knights play the Durant Wildcats (Durant, IA) in a River Valley - South challenge, on Thursday, December 8. North Cedar will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
