The Murray County Indians (Chatsworth, GA) basketball nipped the visiting Northwest Whitfield Bruins (Tunnel Hill, GA), 48-45 in Friday's non-league test.

The Indians (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Model (Rome, GA). The Blue Devils go into the AA Region 7 test with a 2-1 record.

The Bruins now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Cartersville for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 6.
