In Friday's non-league outing, the North Murray Mountaineers (Chatsworth, GA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Southeast Whitfield County Raiders (Dalton, GA), by a margin of 42-14.

The Mountaineers (4-2) will now prepare for their outing against Hixson (Hixson, TN). The Wildcats go into the non-league outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Hixson was trounced by East Hamilton (Ooltewah, TN), 65-9, in a league outing.

The Raiders now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Christian Heritage for a non-league outing on Monday, December 5. Southeast Whitfield County will clash with a Lions squad coming off a 59-48 non-league loss to Ridgeland (Rossville, GA). The Lions record now stands at 2-3.
