Oconto Blue Devils (Oconto, WI) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Sturgeon Bay Clippers (Sturgeon Bay, WI), 82-40 in a league bout.

With the victory, Oconto upgrades its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Blue Devils host Shiocton (Shiocton, WI) to play the Chiefs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Chiefs come into the bout with a record of 1-3. Shiocton lost 62-31 in their recent league bout against Wittenberg-Birnamwood (Wittenberg, WI)

Next up, the Clippers play the Peshtigo Bulldogs (Peshtigo, WI) in a Packerland bout, on Thursday, December 8. Sturgeon Bay will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
