The Veritas Christian Academy Warriors basketball team scored 21 points and restricted the host Pinnacle Classical Academy Eagles to 15 in the Warriors league victory on Friday.
The Warriors now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Lure Classical Academy for a contest on Thursday, December 8. Veritas Christian Academy will battle a Raptors team coming off a 47-3 league loss to Haywood Christian Academy (Waynesville, NC). The Raptors record now stands at 0-4.
The Eagles (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Haywood Christian Academy (Waynesville, NC). The Red Wolves come into the contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Haywood Christian Academy edged Lake Lure Classical Academy (Lake Lure, NC), 47-3, in a league contest.
