Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Ledford Panthers (Thomasville, NC) and the visiting East Davidson Golden Eagles (Thomasville, NC), saw Ledford's basketball squad knock off East Davidson by a count of 45-37.

With the victory, Ledford upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Reagan (Pfafftown, NC) to play the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 5. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Reagan won 54-14 in their recent non-league challenge against Western Guilford (Greensboro, NC)

Next up, the Golden Eagles play the Trinity Bulldogs (Trinity, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 6. East Davidson will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 52-34 non-league loss to Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC).
