The Mitchell Mustangs (New Port Richey, FL) basketball crushed the host Gulf Buccaneers (New Port Richey, FL), 63-40 in Friday's non-league test.

The Mustangs (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Fivay (Hudson, FL). The Falcons go into the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Fivay was trounced by River Ridge (New Port Richey, FL), 60-51, in a league test.

The Buccaneers now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Lecanto for a non-league test on Monday, December 5.
