California High School Basketball - Huntington Park overwhelmed by Maywood Academy

The Maywood Academy Nighthawks basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the host Huntington Park Spartans to 26 in the Nighthawks non-league victory on Friday.

The Nighthawks now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marquez for a contest on Tuesday, December 6. Maywood Academy will battle a Gladiators team coming off a 54-11 non-league win over Hollywood (Los Angeles, CA). The Gladiators record now stands at 2-4.

The Spartans (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against South Gate (South Gate, CA). The Rams come into the contest with a 0-3 record.
