California High School Basketball - Terra Nova can't hold off Jefferson

The Jefferson Grizzlies basketball team scored 40 points and held the host Terra Nova Tigers to 35 in the Grizzlies non-league triumph on Friday.
The Grizzlies now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South San Francisco for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 3. Jefferson will battle a Warriors team coming off a 48-42 non-league win over Summit Shasta (Daly City, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 3-0.
The Tigers (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Summit Shasta (Daly City, CA). The Black Bears enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Summit Shasta was nudged by South San Francisco (South San Francisco, CA), 48-42, in a non-league contest.
