With the victory, McDowell improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Titans host Tuscola (Waynesville, NC) to confront the Mountaineers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 6. The Mountaineers come into the challenge with a record of 1-4. Tuscola lost 56-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Erwin (Asheville, NC)

Next up, the Warhorses confront the Polk County Wolverines (Columbus, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 6. Owen will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 38-31 non-league loss to Piedmont Community Charter (Gastonia, NC).
