Quincy Trojans (Quincy, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Portola Tigers (Portola, CA), 48-32 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Quincy upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Trojans travel to Biggs (Biggs, CA) to clash with the Wolverines in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 8. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Biggs lost 45-41 in their recent non-league bout against Portola (Portola, CA)

Next up, the Tigers clash with the Lassen Grizzlies (Susanville, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 3. Portola will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
