North Carolina High School Basketball - South Stokes can't hold off West Stokes

The West Stokes Wildcats basketball team scored 35 points and restricted the host South Stokes Sauras to 32 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Friday.

The Wildcats now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Surry Central for a non-league contest on Monday, December 5.

The Sauras (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against North Surry (Mount Airy, NC). The Greyhounds come into the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, North Surry edged North Wilkes (Hays, NC), 60-34, in a non-league contest.
