The Chester Volcanoes basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Plumas Charter Warriors to 51 in the Volcanoes non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Volcanoes now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Nicolaus for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 7. Chester will meet a Spartans team coming off a 57-52 non-league win over Oroville (Oroville, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 1-1.

The Warriors (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Herlong (Herlong, CA). The Vikings enter the Pioneer contest with a 0-0 record.
