In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Sunset Apollos basketball team scored a tight 62-57 triumph over the Cleveland Warriors.
In their next game, the Apollos meet the South Eugene Axe (Eugene, OR) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, December 5. Sunset will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Axe enter the match with a 1-0 record after their 68-64 non-league win over Central (Independence, OR).
With the defeat, Cleveland moves to 1-1 on the year. The Warriors travel to Sherwood (Sherwood, OR) to meet the Bowmen in a non-league match on Wednesday, December 6.
