Nebraska High School Basketball - Sutton knocked off by Freeman

The Freeman Falcons basketball team scored 46 points and held the host Sutton Mustangs to 37 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Falcons now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fillmore Central for a non-league contest on Friday, December 8. Freeman will meet a Panthers team coming off a 49-25 non-league win over Fairbury (Fairbury, NE). The Panthers record now stands at 2-0.

The Mustangs (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Heartland (Henderson, NE). The Huskies come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Heartland was dropped by Wilber-Clatonia (Wilber, NE), 68-58, in a non-league challenge.
