In Saturday's non-league outing, the Washington International Red Devils (Washington, DC) basketball squad beat the host Model Secondary School for the Deaf Eagles (Washington, DC), by a count of 56-46.
The Red Devils (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against Washington Christian Academy (Olney, MD). The Wildcats go into the Potomac Valley outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Washington Christian Academy defeated Spencerville Adventist Academy (Spencerville, MD), 54-50, in a league outing.
The Eagles now hold a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Paul Public Charter International for a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 5. Model Secondary School for the Deaf will clash with a Pirates squad coming off a 59-56 non-league loss to Digital Pioneers Academy (Washington, DC). The Pirates record now stands at 1-1.
