Minnesota High School Basketball - St. Peter tipped by Worthington

The Worthington Trojans basketball team scored 73 points and held the host St. Peter Saints to 71 in the Trojans league triumph on Saturday.
The Trojans now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southwest Minnesota Christian for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 5. Worthington will meet a Eagles team coming off a 85-71 non-league win over Luverne (Luverne, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 1-0.
The Saints (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against New Ulm (New Ulm, MN). The Eagles enter the AAA Section 2 contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, New Ulm was edged by Jordan (Jordan, MN), 91-83, in a non-league bout.
