Illinois High School Basketball - Hoffman Estates nudges Schaumburg

Hoffman Estates Hawks (Hoffman Estates, IL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Schaumburg Saxons (Schaumburg, IL), 39-34 in a league bout.

With the win, Hoffman Estates upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Hawks host Round Lake (Round Lake, IL) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 6. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 0-2.

Next up, the Saxons clash with the Prospect Knights (Mt. Prospect, IL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Schaumburg will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record.
