San Joaquin Memorial Panthers (Fresno, CA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Justin Garza Guardians (Fresno, CA), 53-27 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, San Joaquin Memorial upgrades its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Clovis West (Fresno, CA) to play the Golden Eagles in a non-league bout on Monday, December 4. The Golden Eagles come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Clovis West won 67-13 in their recent non-league bout against Bullard (Fresno, CA)

Next up, the Guardians play the Clovis Cougars (Clovis, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 15. Justin Garza will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
