In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Apollo Ridge Vikings basketball team scored a good 40-21 triumph over the Leechburg Blue Devils.
In their next game, the Vikings meet the St. Joseph Spartans (Natrona Heights, PA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, December 14. Apollo Ridge will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record.
With the defeat, Leechburg moves to 1-1 on the year. The Blue devils travel to Valley (New Kensington, PA) to meet the Vikings in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 5. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 0-1.
