Boron Bobcats (Boron, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting California City Ravens (California City, CA), 47-28 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Boron upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Bobcats travel to Hesperia Christian (Hesperia, CA) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 5-2. Hesperia Christian won 57-12 in their recent non-league bout against Silver Valley (Yermo, CA)

Next up, the Ravens play the Immanuel Christian Crusaders (Ridgecrest, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 7. California City will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Crusaders go into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 58-18 non-league loss to Desert (Edwards AFB, CA).
