In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Wausa Vikings basketball team scored a good 43-35 triumph over the Boyd County Spartans.

In their next game, the Vikings face the Creighton Bulldogs (Creighton, NE) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, December 5. Wausa will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 0-2 record after their 55-26 non-league loss to West Holt (Atkinson, NE).

With the defeat, Boyd County moves to 0-2 on the year. The Spartans travel to Crofton (Crofton, NE) to face the Warriors in a non-league match on Thursday, December 7. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 2-0.
