Cliff Cowboys/Cowgirls (Cliff, NM) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Hozho Academy Wolves (Gallup, NM), 58-22 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Cliff upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Cowboys/Cowgirls travel to Cobre (Bayard, NM) to clash with the Indians in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 6. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Cobre lost 48-31 in their recent non-league bout against Chaparral (Chaparral, NM)

Next up, the Wolves clash with the Navajo Pine Warriors (Navajo, NM) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Hozho Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 0-5 record after their 71-6 non-league loss to Many Farms (Many Farms, AZ).
