The Gibsonburg Golden Bears (Gibsonburg, OH) basketball knocked off the host Hopewell-Loudon Chieftains (Bascom, OH), 46-33 in Saturday's league test.

The Golden Bears (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Lakota (Kansas, OH). The Raiders go into the Sandusky Bay - River test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Lakota went down by Danbury (Lakeside, OH), 41-29, in a league test.

The Chieftains now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Calvert for a Sandusky Bay - River test on Thursday, December 7.
