Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Grandview Zebras (Grandview, TX) and the host West Trojans (West, TX), saw Grandview's basketball squad hold off West by a count of 32-29.

With the victory, Grandview upgrades its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Zebras host Robinson (Robinson, TX) to play the Rockets in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 5. The Rockets come into the challenge with a record of 5-6. Robinson won 49-24 in their recent non-league challenge against Belton (Belton, TX)

Next up, the Trojans play the Grandview Zebras (Grandview, TX) in a 3A Region III District 17 challenge, on Friday, January 5. West will attempt to upgrade on its 6-1 season record.
