The Madison Prep Academy basketball team (Baton Rouge, LA), was nudged 57-53 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting John Curtis Christian Patriots (River Ridge, LA)
The Patriots now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ponchatoula for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 6. John Curtis Christian will battle a Green Wave team coming off a 56-49 non-league loss to Harrison Central (Gulfport, MS). The Green Wave record now stands at 5-4.
The (5-3) will now prepare for their outing against Ruston (Ruston, LA). The Bearcats go into the non-league outing with a 7-2 record. In their last outing, Ruston held off LaGrange (Lake Charles, LA), 37-31, in a non-league outing.
