The Sheridan Generals basketball team scored 45 points and held the visiting John Glenn Little Muskies to 30 in the Generals league triumph on Saturday.

The Generals now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Lexington for a Muskingum Valley contest on Wednesday, December 6. Sheridan will battle a Panthers team coming off a 34-32 non-league loss to Fort Frye (Beverly, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 2-2.

The Little Muskies (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against River View (Warsaw, OH). The Black Bears enter the Muskingum Valley contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, River View was defeated by Maysville (Zanesville, OH), 43-41, in a league contest.
