Nevada High School Basketball - Lincoln County ripped by Moapa Valley

December 2, 2023: Overton, NV 89040

The Moapa Valley Pirates basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Lincoln County Lynx to 30 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Pirates now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dixie for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 7. Moapa Valley will battle a Flyers team coming off a 60-51 non-league loss to Kirtland Central (Kirtland, NM). The Flyers record now stands at 1-1.

The Lynx (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against American Heritage Academy (Henderson, NV). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, American Heritage Academy was routed by Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon (Henderson, NV), 41-25, in a non-league contest.
