Springtown Porcupines (Springtown, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Onalaska Wildcats (Onalaska, TX), 68-44 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Springtown upgrades its record to 11-5 on the season. The Porcupines host Gainesville (Gainesville, TX) to clash with the Leopards in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Leopards go into the bout with a record of 4-4. Gainesville won 43-29 in their recent non-league bout against McKinney Christian Academy (McKinney, TX)

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Trinity Tigers (Trinity, TX) in a 3A Region III District 23 bout, on Tuesday, December 19. Onalaska will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record.
