Archbishop Riordan Crusaders (San Francisco, CA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Serra Padres (San Mateo, CA), 60-52 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Archbishop Riordan upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Napa Christian (Napa, CA) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 3-1. Napa Christian lost 67-63 in their recent non-league bout against Inderkum (Sacramento, CA)

Next up, the Padres play the Sacred Heart Prep Gators (Atherton, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 14. Serra will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Gators come into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 59-53 non-league loss to Menlo-Atherton (Atherton, CA).
