Orland Trojans (Orland, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Willows Honkers (Willows, CA), 40-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Orland upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Trojans travel to Foothill (Palo Cedro, CA) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 4-0. Foothill won 58-52 in their recent non-league bout against University Prep (Redding, CA)

Next up, the Honkers play the Central Valley Falcons (Shasta Lake, CA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 4. Willows will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 61-41 non-league win over Mt. Shasta (Mt. Shasta, CA).
