In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting San Miguel Vipers basketball team scored a good 58-47 triumph over the Catalina Trojans.
The Vipers (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Bisbee (Bisbee, AZ). The Pumas go into the 2A South contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Bisbee was topped by Desert Christian (Tucson, AZ), 52-40, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Trojans battle the Willcox Cowboys (Willcox, AZ) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 3. Catalina will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Cowboys enter the match with a 2-1 record after their 59-47 non-league loss to Desert Christian (Tucson, AZ).
