Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Indianola Indians (Indianola, IA) and the visiting Carlisle Wildcats (Carlisle, IA), saw Indianola's basketball squad wallop Carlisle by a tally of 61-21.
With the victory, Indianola improves its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Indians host Grinnell (Grinnell, IA) to confront the Tigers in a Little Hawkeye challenge on Tuesday, January 4. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 3-3. Grinnell won 62-31 in their recent non-league challenge against Centerville (Centerville, IA)
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Boone Toreadors (Boone, IA) in a Raccoon River challenge, on Tuesday, December 21. Carlisle will attempt to improve on its 0-7 season record. The Toreadors come into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 45-44 league loss to A-D-M (Adel, IA).
