Forest City Indians (Forest City, IA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Belmond-Klemme Broncos (Belmond, IA), 60-22 in a league bout.

With the win, Forest City upgrades its record to 1-5 on the season. The Indians travel to Bishop Garrigan (Algona, IA) to clash with the Golden Bears in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Golden Bears go into the bout with a record of 5-4. Bishop Garrigan won 82-42 in their recent non-league bout against North Iowa (Buffalo Center, IA)

Next up, the Broncos clash with the Clarion-Goldfield Cowboys (Clarion, IA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 22. Belmond-Klemme will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record.
