Texas High School Basketball - Northwest succumbs to Brewer

The Brewer Bears topped the host Northwest Texans basketball team by a final score of 56-43 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Bears face the Eastern Hills Highlanders (Fort Worth, TX) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, December 27. Brewer will attempt to move on its 15-2 season record. The Highlanders enter the game with a 11-6 record after their 60-37 league win over Benbrook (Benbrook, TX).

With the defeat, Northwest moves to 9-9 on the year. The Texans travel to Marcus (Flower Mound, TX) to face the Marauders in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 27. The Marauders enter the game with a record of 7-8. Marcus lost 78-37 in their recent league game against Plano East (Plano, TX)
