The Manchester Township Hawks (Lakehurst, NJ) basketball nipped the visiting Brick Township Green Dragons (Brick, NJ), 43-37 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Hawks (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Central Regional (Bayville, NJ). The Golden Eagles go into the non-league test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Central Regional got by Pinelands Regional (Tuckerton, NJ), 61-38, in a non-league test.

The Green Dragons now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Barnegat for a non-league test on Thursday, December 22. Brick Township will encounter a Bengals squad coming off a 69-54 league loss to Lacey Township (Lanoka Harbor, NJ). The Bengals record now stands at 1-3.
