Clark Cougars (San Antonio, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Lee Volunteers (San Antonio, TX), 71-64 in a league bout.

With the win, Clark upgrades its record to 6-12 on the season. The Cougars travel to Madison (San Antonio, TX) to play the Mavericks in a 6A Region IV District 28 bout on Thursday, December 22. The Mavericks go into the bout with a record of 10-12. Madison lost 76-55 in their recent league bout against Brandeis (San Antonio, TX)

Next up, the Volunteers play the Reagan Rattlers (San Antonio, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 28 bout, on Thursday, December 22. Lee will attempt to upgrade on its 9-12 season record. The Rattlers go into the bout with a 15-5 record after their 81-61 league win over Marshall (San Antonio, TX).
