Custer County Cowboys (Miles City, MT) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Dawson County Red Devils (Glendive, MT), 44-41 in a league bout.

With the win, Custer County upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Cowboys host Laurel (Laurel, MT) to clash with the Locomotives in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 22. The Locomotives go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Laurel lost 33-28 in their recent non-league bout against Columbus (Columbus, MT)

Next up, the Red Devils clash with the Fergus Golden Eagles (Lewistown, MT) in a A Northeast bout, on Friday, January 6. Dawson County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record.
