In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Economedes Jaguars (Edinburg, TX) basketball squad nipped the host San Perlita Trojans (San Perlita, TX), by a margin of 66-65.

The Jaguars (10-11) will now prepare for their outing against Grulla (Rio Grande City, TX). The Gators go into the non-league outing with a 3-7 record.

The Trojans now own a 2-10 record. They play next when they travel to Economedes for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 3.
